Sphere

This is an exhibition piece representing 'continuity'.   It is about overcoming trauma.
 
It has been made by cutting a continuous shred from a single sheet of paper in order to destroy the flat sheet, but create a new three-dimensional form that is quite different and more beautiful as a result of its destruction.
 
It has been exhibited as part of a larger installation in Norway and also at Liverpool Independents Biennial.
